The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in driving property inquiries and conversions. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate projects. • Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed project information to clients. • Generate and qualify leads through consistent follow-ups. • Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure timely follow-up. • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). • Understand client requirements and match them with available properties. • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective buyers. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets. • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling.
