Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Team Lead. The Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to property transactions, managing and leading a team of real estate professionals, and providing commercial real estate services. Duties include effective team management, brokerage activities, and ensuring client satisfaction through transparent communication and execution of best practices within the real estate sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in Brokerage and understanding of property transactions
• Demonstrated Team Management and Leadership skills
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and industry best practices
• Proven ability to mentor and guide a team towards achieving organizational objectives
• Experience in the Gurugram real estate market is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
