Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Real Estate Team Lead. The Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the real estate team, guiding team members, managing property listings, and coordinating with clients. Tasks include communication with buyers, lessees, and property owners, managing brokerage activities, and leading the team in achieving sales and leasing targets. The candidate will be expected to ensure high customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and implement strategies to improve team performance.

• Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Proven Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
