We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven *Senior Vice President – Real Estate Sales* to lead and scale our high-performing sales team. The VP will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strong client and developer relationships, mentoring team members, and implementing high-conversion sales strategies. This is a leadership role that demands a deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem, strong negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
· Lead and mentor a team of real estate consultants and sales executives.
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
· Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, developers, and channel partners.
· Oversee sales funnels from lead generation to deal closure; ensure quality and timely follow-ups.
· Represent PropertyXpo in project launches, client meetings, and site visits.
· Analyse market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies for growth.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize customer acquisition channels.
· Monitor team performance, provide regular training, and foster a goal-driven culture.
· Ensure compliance with sales processes, documentation, and CRM systems.
· Report directly to the senior leadership on pipeline, closures, and business performance.
· MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong network in the real estate/developer ecosystem in Gurgaon/NCR.
· Familiarity with CRM tools, real estate portals (e.g., Magic Bricks, 99acres), and digital sales practices.
· Ability to manage a dynamic, target-driven team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
· Leadership position at a rapidly scaling prop tech company.
