Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating and closing real estate deals, providing property and investment consultancy, and managing client relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for property showcases, assisting clients with home loan processing, and conducting market research to stay updated on market trends.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Experience in lead generation and closing deals
Proficiency in real estate property and investment consultancy
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to perform market analysis and strategize accordingly
Knowledge of the property market in Noida and surrounding regions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
Ability to work on-site in Noida
Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
