Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Sourcing Manager to lead high-impact client acquisition efforts. This role demands a proactive, self-motivated professional who can independently identify, engage, and qualify ultra-premium leads for our luxury real estate offerings. You will be instrumental in building a high-value pipeline and shaping the top of the sales funnel.
Job Role:
• Independently identify and acquire HNI and UHNI leads through strategic sourcing—via digital platforms, property expos, referrals, wealth managers, and premium networks.
• Build a strong personal pipeline of qualified prospects for luxury real estate transactions.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies tailored to the luxury segment.
• Conduct initial discovery calls, in-person meetings, and digital interactions to assess client needs, investment intent, and budget alignment.
• Qualify leads before handover to the senior sales/closing team for further engagement. Market & Industry Intelligence
• Stay abreast of trends in luxury real estate, lifestyle markets, and HNI/UHNI behaviour.
• Provide strategic input to the sales leadership team on sourcing trends, client feedback, and untapped segments.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with premium clients, referral partners, and key influencers in the luxury ecosystem (e.g., private bankers, family offices, wealth advisors).
• Attend high-end real estate and lifestyle events to generate visibility and leads.
• Built and nurtured a strong network of channel partners and premium brokers to drive consistent high-quality lead flow in the luxury real estate segment.
• Actively managed partner relationships through regular engagement, resulting in increased lead conversions from HNI and UHNI clientele.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM tools and track pipeline activity regularly.
• Share weekly reports with actionable insights and lead conversion potential
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in sourcing or business development roles- preferably in luxury real estate. Demonstrated success in sourcing high-ticket clients and generating qualified leads.
Skills:
o Strong sourcing and prospecting abilities.
o Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. o High initiative and ownership with an entrepreneurial mindset.
o Ability to work independently and deliver results without close supervision.
o Strong CRM proficiency and digital sourcing skills.
o Deep understanding of luxury clientele and their buying behavior
