Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation methods (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.). Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis. Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Attend trade shows, networking events, and meetings to generate leads and promote the companys offerings. Provide clients with accurate quotes, proposals, and information regarding products and services. Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience and retention. Provide regular reports to sales management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Continuously improve sales techniques and stay motivated to achieve individual and team sales goals. Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships. Proficient in sales negotiation techniques to close deals effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation efficiently. Proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Commitment to delivering excellent customer experience and prompt resolution of client issues. Willingness to participate in trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
