Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities Sourcing Manager

Identify, onboard, and manage
Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and real estate consultants
Build and maintain
strong relationships with CPs
to ensure consistent and quality lead flow
Generate
qualified leads
through channel partners, referrals, and networking activities
Track
lead quality, conversions, and CP performance
on a regular basis
Coordinate with the
sales team for site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
Support sales with
pricing, inventory updates, offers, and project information
Assist in closing deals by
aligning CPs, customers, and internal teams
Conduct regular
CP meetings, project presentations, and briefings
Monitor
market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences
Prepare and maintain
accurate sourcing reports, lead records, and documentation
Ensure adherence to
company processes and RERA compliance
