Sourcing Manager – Indirect Procurement (Global)

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn sourcing into real business impact

You’ll lead global sourcing and supplier management across indirect categories like Professional Services, HR services, marketing, consulting, legal, and training. The focus is clear: smart category strategies, cost optimization, strong supplier performance, and tight alignment with business goals

fluency in German (spoken and written)

What you’ll do

• Own and execute sourcing strategies across indirect spend
  
• Lead RFPs, RFQs, and complex contract negotiations
  
• Partner closely with HR, Marketing, Legal, and other teams as a trusted advisor
  
• Manage supplier performance, governance, and risk
  
• Drive savings, track spend, and report meaningful procurement KPIs
  
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing benchmarks, and new service models
  

What we’re looking for

• 8–10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally indirect categories
  
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Experience with tools like

  Coupa

  and e-sourcing platforms
• Solid understanding of contracts, compliance, and supplier risk
  
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
  

• German fluency is mandatory
