Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively and in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Meet individual and team KPIs including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels. Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and system changes. Key Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process is mandatory . Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. Ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (if required).
