Job Description

We Are Hiring! - LCC Flight Ticketing Executives

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our

LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) Flight Ticketing Team

. If you have a strong background in airline ticketing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end domestic and international flight ticketing for LCC airlines.

Process bookings, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds as per airline guidelines.

Coordinate with airline support teams for query resolution.

Manage PNRs, fare rules, baggage details, and schedule changes efficiently.

Ensure accurate and timely communication with agents and customers.

Maintain TAT and deliver high-quality service standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in LCC airline ticketing.

Strong knowledge of LCC portals (IndiGo, SpiceJet, Akasa, etc.).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
