Identify and source prime retail locations for caf expansion across target cities or regions.
Conduct market mapping and location analysis to evaluate customer footfall, visibility, competition, and ROI potential.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential sites high streets, malls, airports, and commercial hubs.
Negotiate lease terms, rentals, and commercial agreements with property owners, brokers, and mall developers.
Coordinate site visits, feasibility studies, and financial evaluations of shortlisted properties.
Work closely with the projects and operations teams for site handovers, fit-out planning, and go-live readiness.
Manage relationships with real estate agents, landlords, IPCs, mall leasing teams, and other external stakeholders.
Track real estate trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in location strategy.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing and property finalization.
