Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling internal hiring needs, coordinating with external recruitment partners, and onboarding new vendors to support hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Hiring

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles — sourcing, screening, scheduling, evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical position.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and closure. • Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.

2. External Partner Management (Consultancies)

  • Liaise with existing recruitment consultants to share requirements and review candidate submissions.
  • Follow up regularly with vendors/consultancies for updates on shared profiles and interview progress.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and quality standards by external partners.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing consultants and suggest improvements or replacements as needed.

3. Vendor Onboarding & Management

  • Identify and evaluate new recruitment vendors to expand sourcing channels.
  • Facilitate the vendor onboarding process, including due diligence and contract formalities. • Maintain and update vendor records and performance reports.
  • Build strong partnerships with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
  • Good understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with staffing agencies or vendor management.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
