Sourcing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Price Update:

• RFP Creation, approval & update (X3 & mails)
• To follow up with buyer and supplier for UPLOAD & approval of price/MOQ/currency/Validity and maintainence of prices in system as per consumption plan.
• Prices to updated as per correct MOQ and shipping mode as per specific category of RM/PM.
• Timely Communicating the price update and correct price reflect status to respective plants and buyer
• TAT for PO and standard price update will be N+1 date (N Date of request)
• Documentation- To have supporting documentation/email from buyer for any price updated in system
• Std. price approval and updation in system-For a completely new launch/reno/re-stage, std price to be provided by buyer.
• For any existing price with only code change, like to like code to be taken directly from consumption files (If coordinator is unable to find, sourcing coordinator to reach out to buyer immeditely to provide standard rates/like to like codes), All the standard prices needs to be validated by buyer before upload.
• Finance controller & BT head(N-1) approval to be in place before upload.

• Quarterly Price Update:

• For Indexed items before quarter month end-
• To collate consumption files from all plants every qtr and ensure RFP floated to all suppliers by mid of the last month of current quarter.
• To ensure responses are recorded and shared with respective buyers by week 3 of the same month.
• Post Approval of rates, to ensure all PO & Std prices are available in system by end of the same month

• Data Management:

• To maintain excel sheets for all the prices shared by the buyers for all the plants. (Both std & PO)
• Ensure right first time task.
• Maintain system compliance by taking approvals before price uploads.
• Share weekly dump of PO prices and standard prices to plants and buyers.

• Tools & system:

• Manage all the Loreal tools and system- W2M2 Mold management, Asset ID creations(AMS), Vendor creation(VMB), PO creation(My Market), X3, Mysourcing.
• Timely follow up on all system approvals.
