Solar Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and online platforms.
• Customer Consultation – Meet clients to understand their energy needs and provide the best solar solution.
• Product Demonstration – Explain features, benefits, and ROI of solar systems to clients.
• Site Survey Coordination – Conduct or arrange technical site surveys to assess feasibility.
• Quotation & Proposal Preparation – Create customized quotations and financial projections for customers.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure – Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Follow-up & Relationship Management – Maintain strong post-sale relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Target Achievement – Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Market Research – Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and new solar technologies.
• Reporting – Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
• Coordination with Technical Team – Work closely with engineers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• After-Sales Support – Provide basic assistance to clients regarding system usage and service follow-up.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates from

  Wardha, Nagpur, Bhandara, Amravati, or Indore

  locations will be preferred.
• Male candidates only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Own Bike and Laptop are mandatory.

• Candidates with experience in solar sales or field sales will be given priority.
• Should have good knowledge of customer handling, lead generation, and negotiation.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and achieving sales targets.
