About Us:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Proactively identify and research potential residential apartment complexes and housing societies in designated territories.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events, referrals, and strategic partnerships (e.g., with builders, property management companies, resident welfare associations). o Conduct initial needs assessments and qualify prospects based on their suitability for solar solutions.

Sales Presentations & Consultations:

  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual presentations to apartment residents, management committees, and housing society representatives.
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, return on investment (ROI), and available subsidies/incentives.
  • Conduct site visits to apartment rooftops and common areas to assess solar potential, shading, and structural suitability.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solar proposals and system designs tailored to the specific needs of apartment complexes.

Proposal & Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present detailed, persuasive proposals and quotes.
  • Clearly explain technical specifications, financial models, payback periods, and installation processes.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of pricing models, product offerings, and competitive landscapes.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, from initial contact through post-installation follow-up. o Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns throughout the sales cycle. o Ensure a smooth handover to the project management and installation teams after contract signing.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve sales processes and service delivery.

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
