Job Description

Role Overview: As a Solar Sales Candidate at our leading solar energy solutions company, your primary focus will be to identify, engage, and secure solar energy contracts with residential apartment complexes. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, and managing customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and research potential residential apartment complexes and housing societies in designated territories. - Generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking events, referrals, and strategic partnerships. - Conduct initial needs assessments and qualify prospects based on their suitability for solar solutions. - Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual presentations to apartment residents, management committees, and housing society representatives. - Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, return on investment (ROI), and available subsidies/incentives. - Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solar proposals and system designs tailored to the specific needs of apartment complexes. - Prepare and present detailed, persuasive proposals and quotes. - Negotiate terms and close sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted promptly. - Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and gather feedback to improve sales processes and service delivery. - Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits. - Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.,
