Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential customers through field visits, calls, and online platforms. Customer Consultation – Meet clients to understand their energy needs and provide the best solar solution. Product Demonstration – Explain features, benefits, and ROI of solar systems to clients. Site Survey Coordination – Conduct or arrange technical site surveys to assess feasibility. Quotation & Proposal Preparation – Create customized quotations and financial projections for customers. Negotiation & Deal Closure – Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales. Follow-up & Relationship Management – Maintain strong post-sale relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Target Achievement – Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research – Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and new solar technologies. Reporting – Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly. Coordination with Technical Team – Work closely with engineers and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. After-Sales Support – Provide basic assistance to clients regarding system usage and service follow-up. Preferred candidate profile Candidates from Wardha, Nagpur, Bhandara, Amravati, or Indore locations will be preferred. Male candidates only. Immediate joiners preferred. Own Bike and Laptop are mandatory. Candidates with experience in solar sales or field sales will be given priority. Should have good knowledge of customer handling, lead generation, and negotiation. Must be comfortable with field visits and achieving sales targets.
