Shift Timing: Fixed early-morning shifts starting at 6:00 AM IST (to align with the Australian Time-zone).
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales
- Contact potential customers who have shown interest in solar solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell solar service packages effectively.
- Follow up on leads generated from campaigns and online inquiries.
Inbound Sales
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer questions.
- Provide detailed information on solar products, features, pricing, and promotions.
- Address objections confidently and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
Sales Process & Customer Management
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solar packages.
- Negotiate terms effectively and close sales with confidence.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with excellent after-sales support.
Performance & Growth
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and report on individual performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with solar industry knowledge, product updates, and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to share best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Graduate or equivalent (degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in
international telesales, telemarketing, or BPO sales roles
. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections professionally with resilience.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in
selling solar or renewable energy solutions
. - Familiarity with telesales/customer service best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
