You will be responsible for driving solar adoption under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana by identifying and engaging potential residential and commercial customers. Your role will involve explaining solar solutions, subsidies, and financing options, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets to contribute to business growth. - Identify and engage potential residential and commercial customers. - Explain solar solutions, subsidies, and financing options. - Conduct site visits and prepare proposals. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Achieve monthly sales targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - A graduate in any discipline (technical/engineering background is a plus). - 1-3 years of sales experience (solar/renewables/real estate/financial products preferred). - Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Self-motivated and target-driven.
