Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding residential and commercial clients through the process of going solar—from initial consultation to final installation.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential leads for rooftop solar projectsConduct site assessments and analyze electricity billsEducate customers on solar benefits, financing options, and government subsidies (like PM Suryaghar Yojana)Coordinate with design and technical teams for proposalsClose sales and ensure smooth customer onboardingRequirements:1+ years of experience in solar sales or consultingStrong communication and persuasion skillsUnderstanding of residential and commercial solar systemsAbility to work independently and meet targetsOwn vehicle (preferred for site visits)
