Job Description

You will be working as a Sales Manager at Om Solar Solutions, a leading provider of sustainable solar energy solutions in Lucknow. Your role will involve visiting clients, understanding their needs, presenting solar solutions, and closing sales. - Visit clients in the nearby district of Lucknow to build strong relationships and generate business. - Present and promote solar solutions to potential customers. - Identify client needs and recommend suitable solar products. - Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets. - Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. - Track sales activities and maintain accurate records. - Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and meet business objectives. Qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and 1 year in the solar industry. - Ability to travel and visit clients regularly. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
