We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Executive who can take complete ownership of our social media presence. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, execution excellence, and data-backed decision-making, while working closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and growth across platforms.
1. Content Strategy & Creative Thinking
• Conceptualize and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Bring fresh ideas, trends, and formats to the table while maintaining brand tone and visual identity.
• Think creatively to develop engaging reels, static posts, carousels, stories, and campaigns.
2. Aesthetic Sense & Brand Visuals
• Ensure all content meets high aesthetic and visual standards aligned with premium brand positioning.
• Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors to maintain consistency in look, feel, and storytelling.
• Have a strong eye for layouts, colors, typography, and overall visual harmony.
3. Content Calendar Management
• Plan, manage, and execute monthly and weekly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ensure timely posting, coordination, and adherence to marketing timelines, launches, and campaigns.
• Balance brand content, performance content, engagement posts, and trend-based creatives.
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Track and analyze content performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
• Monitor KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and conversions.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve performance continuously.
5. Social Media Paid Advertising
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Work on audience targeting, creatives, captions, budgets, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align paid efforts with broader business goals.
6. Strategy & Campaign Execution
• Contribute to overall digital and social media strategy, including campaign planning and seasonal launches.
• Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable social media plans.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
7. Internal Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, design, content, sales, and leadership.
• Coordinate seamlessly to ensure alignment across messaging, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Act as a bridge between creative execution and business intent.
8. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and external messaging.
• Present ideas, strategies, and performance reports clearly and confidently.
• Maintain strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
9. Brand Understanding & Ownership
• Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s vision, tone, values, and target audience.
• Ensure every piece of content reflects brand positioning and storytelling.
• Take ownership of social media channels as a brand custodian.
• Creative thinking with a strong strategic mindset
