About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist with a strong fashion sensibility and proven experience in leading brand social media at a strategic level. This role requires someone who can plan 90 days ahead, anticipate brand needs, shape long-term content direction, and translate fashion narratives into high-performing social content.

You will own the social media strategy end-to-end and work closely with internal or outsourced graphic design teams to build a cohesive, elevated, and consistent brand presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 90-day social media strategy and planning aligned with brand, seasonal, and campaign goals
• Build and oversee monthly content calendars and posting schedules
• Drive content strategy for Instagram (primary), Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Define grid aesthetics, storytelling flow, and content formats
• Brief, guide, and collaborate with graphic designers to execute the visual direction
• Strategically grow engagement, reach, and follower base
• Track performance, analyse insights, and optimise content for growth
• Stay ahead of fashion, culture, and platform trends and integrate them into planning

Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of mandatory experience in social media strategy (fashion/lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong fashion sensibility with an eye for aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling
• Proven experience leading content planning and grid direction
• Ability to plan and execute content 90 days in advance
• Strong copywriting, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously
• Comfortable working closely with creative teams and stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
