Profile: Social Media Lead

We are hiring a Social Media Lead experienced in managing in-house and international projects. The ideal candidate must be strong in graphic design, content writing, team coordination, and executing impactful social media strategies.

You will manage planning, execution, analytics, and performance optimization across multiple platforms. A creative mindset and leadership qualities are essential.

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM (Mon-Fri)

Commute: Should be able to commute independently

Experience Required: 2-4 years (In-house + International client projects)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SMO strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and organic growth.
• Manage end-to-end social media activities for both in-house projects and international clients (US/UK/Canada).
• Handle multiple social media accounts with consistent brand voice, quality content, and timely execution.
• Plan and create monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with campaign goals and industry trends.
• Write creative, engaging content for posts, reels, captions, stories, and campaigns.
• Create visually appealing creatives using Canva/Photoshop and coordinate with designers when required.
• Monitor performance insights, track key metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and enhance content performance.
• Manage community engagement including comments, DMs, and posting schedules.
• Collaborate with internal team members and provide support to juniors for smooth workflow and quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably for both in-house and international clients.
• Ability to guide junior team members and coordinate tasks effectively.
• Strong creative skills in content writing and graphic designing (Canva/Photoshop).
• Bachelor's degree: marketing/digital certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in major social platforms and awareness of latest trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of analytics, reporting, and ad campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple brands in a fast-paced environment.
