Title: Graphic Designer – EdTech (Social & Marketing Collaterals) Company: SourceKode Location: Pune (Work from Office) Employment type: Full-time About the role You’ll design visual communication for SourceKode’s courses and initiatives across social media, performance marketing, web, and print. From thumb-stopping carousels and ad creatives to brochures and event standees—you’ll bring clarity, consistency, and craft. We are looking for 2 dynamic Social Media Strategists to join our on-site team and help us stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital space. Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Handle client accounts with professionalism, ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement. Ideate and implement innovative campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. Manage and optimize social ads (training will be provided if required). Leverage AI tools for content creation, analytics, and workflow optimization. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience managing client accounts in the digital marketing space. Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh, impactful ideas. Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive in client communication. Good command over the English language (written and verbal). Familiarity with social ads is preferred (training will be provided if not known). Mandatory: Knowledge of AI tools (additional tools will be taught post-hiring). Compensation Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month Final offer will depend on performance during the interview and assigned task.
