• BREWS Digital, a subsidiary of SourceKode Technologies LLP, is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in branding, marketing, and creative solutions. We are looking for

  2 dynamic Social Media Strategists

  to join our on-site team and help us stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital space.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Handle client accounts with professionalism, ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement.
• Ideate and implement innovative campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
• Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage and optimize social ads (training will be provided if required).
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, analytics, and workflow optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  managing client accounts in the digital marketing space.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate fresh, impactful ideas.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive in client communication.
• Good command over the English language (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with social ads is preferred (training will be provided if not known).

• Mandatory:

  Knowledge of AI tools (additional tools will be taught post-hiring).

Compensation

• Salary range:

  ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

• Final offer will depend on performance during the interview and assigned task.
• Freshers do not waste time applying to this job post else you will be outright rejected.
• Salary slips will be checked and due deligences would be completed for candidates being hired so faked experience is eliminated.
• This is not a work from Home Job and purely a

  work from office in Pune on Senapati Bapat Road.
