This is a B2B space but we are looking for: The one’s who understand Social media space is not for bots by humans! If you are good at knowing how to talk to people, and understand the pulse of your audience and engaging with them gives you validation, then this is for you.

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1️ Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for B2B Consulting audiences.
  • Manage and grow SPR’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and relevant channels through strategic campaigns and engaging content creation styles
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Engage with industry conversations, influencers, and partners to increase visibility and credibility.

2️ Content Creation & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract insights and turn them into compelling content.
  • Work with freelance creators/writers (as needed) to develop branded visuals, video content. Ideation, coordination for shoot with internal stakeholders to be handled
  • Understand and capture Internal highlight moments are captured for engaging content


3️ Thought Leadership & Executive Branding

  • Manage LinkedIn presence for key executives, ensuring they are positioned as industry leaders.
  • Ghostwrite posts, articles, and insights on behalf of leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for guest articles, podcast features, and industry collaborations.

4️ Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, lead conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly calendars and performance reports for leadership, highlighting key wins and areas for growth.
  • Have the competition and trend tracking on point and implement best practices that will benefit the brand
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes to optimize content reach and performance.

Hands-on experience of planning, executing and tracking social media deliverables is a must

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business.

2-3 years of experience in B2B social media agency or handling social media for professional services firms.

Experience in scaling a brand’s digital presence from scratch.
