This is a B2B space but we are looking for: The one’s who understand Social media space is for humans! The one’s who are good at “talking to people” through these channels. The one’s who can give solutions to our audience and not make our pages a information board or advertisement board

Social Media Manager

LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube

set the foundation for our content and brand voice, later transitioning into a strategic role as we onboard an agency partners. Your job will be a blend of execution and leadership, ensuring


Key Responsibilities

1️ Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Manage and grow SPR’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and relevant channels
  • Create and post engaging content—carousels, videos, thought leadership posts, polls, industry insights, and company updates.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Engage with industry conversations, influencers, and partners to increase visibility and credibility.

2️ Content Creation & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract insights and turn them into compelling content.
  • Work with freelance creators/writers (as needed) to develop branded visuals, infographics, and videos.
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, reports) into bite-sized, shareable posts.
  • Format concept driven content strategy that will set apart SPR from the B2B content over load  

3️ Thought Leadership & Executive Branding

  • Manage LinkedIn presence for key executives, ensuring they are positioned as industry leaders.
  • Ghostwrite posts, articles, and insights on behalf of leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for guest articles, podcast features, and industry collaborations.

4️ Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, lead conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly calendars and performance reports for leadership, highlighting key wins and areas for growth.
  • Have the competition and trend tracking on point and implement best practices that will benefit the brand
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes to optimize content reach and performance.

5️ Agency Transition & Management

  • Develop an SOP for social media operations, ensuring a smooth transition to an external agency.
  • Oversee the agency functions, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Continue as the internal liaison between SPR’s leadership team and the agency, refining content and campaigns.

 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business.

3-4 years of experience in B2B social media, consulting, or professional services firms.

Experience in scaling a brand’s digital presence from scratch.
