Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing and updating social media accounts, and curating engaging content to drive audience growth and engagement. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing engagement metrics, identifying trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective social media campaigns that align with company goals. The role also involves monitoring the performance of digital initiatives and making data-driven recommendations to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and an understanding of various social media platforms
• Strong Communication and Marketing skills
• Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to improve social media strategies
• Exceptional creativity, organization, and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
