Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
• Write compelling and creative captions/content/blog that resonate with the audience and drive engagement.
• Create visually stunning and engaging content- reels, videos, creatives, brochures etc for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with our online community.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate innovative social media campaigns.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for copywriting and content creation.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and lead small projects when necessary.
• Proficiency in video creation and editing tools.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
