Job Description


Job Title: Social Media & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities


Social Media & LinkedIn Management


* Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically for LinkedIn and other key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok).

* Create, schedule, and publish content across all social channels to maintain a consistent brand presence.

* Optimize company and team profiles on LinkedIn to increase visibility and credibility.

* Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build meaningful online relationships.

Content Creation


* Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, graphics, carousels, articles, videos, and short-form content.

* Collaborate with design or use in-house tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) to create visually appealing social media assets.

* Write compelling copy for social posts, ads, newsletters, and LinkedIn articles.

* Maintain a content calendar ensuring timely and consistent posting.

Lead Generation & Campaigns


* Use LinkedIn to identify, reach out to, and engage prospective clients or partners.

* Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messages, email sequences, and targeted content.

* Implement social media lead-generation strategies such as targeted posting, optimized landing pages, and calls-to-action.

* Track leads in CRM systems and coordinate with the sales team to support follow-up and conversions.

Analytics & Optimization


* Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rate, and leads generated.

* Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future content and campaigns.

* Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for LinkedIn and social media marketing.

Qualifications


* Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

* Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design.

* Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn or social outreach campaigns.

* Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

* Knowledge of analytics tools (LinkedIn analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

* Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask.
