Job Title: Social Media Specialist Key Responsibilities: 1.Social Media Management: ∙Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. ∙Create and schedule compelling and visually appealing content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). ∙Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content planning. ∙Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal performance. 2.Content Creation: ∙Create eye-catching graphics and visuals using tools like Canva. ∙Write and edit engaging copy for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials. ∙Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging. 3.Client Engagement: ∙Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential clients on social media and other communication channels. ∙Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized interactions. ∙Utilize HubSpot to manage and organize client information and interactions. ∙Assist in lead nurturing campaigns and email marketing initiatives. ∙Track and report on CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement. 4.Event Organization: ∙Plan and coordinate online and offline events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences. ∙Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities. 5.Blog Creation: ∙Generate informative and engaging blog posts on relevant topics in the industry. ∙Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop blog content ideas. Qualifications: ∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ∙Proven experience in social media management and content creation. ∙Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva. ∙Familiarity with CRM software, preferably HubSpot. ∙Strong written and verbal communication skills. ∙Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. ∙Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas. ∙Experience in event planning is a plus. ∙Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge] is a bonus.
