Job description Location - karnataka, Maharstha, Telengana, Gujarat, West Bengal Roles and Responsibilities Channel Development & Management Identify, on board and nurture channel partners to expand the company's market reach. Build strong relationships with channel partners and provide continuous training and support. Develop and implement strategies for channel growth and engagement. Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets through effective channel management and direct sales initiatives. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales of ERP solutions and services. Target Achievement Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region and ensure they are met or exceeded. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales quotas in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. Liquidation Management Ensure timely liquidation of stock through channel partners, minimizing stock aging and maximizing partner profitability. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to maintain optimal stock availability. Team Leadership & Management Lead and mentor the regional sales team, providing guidance and motivation to achieve individual and team goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement development programs. Market Analysis & Strategy Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Provide insights and feedback to the product team to improve offerings based on market demands. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on regional sales performance. Present performance metrics and updates to senior management during reviews and meetings. Customer Relationship Management Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing partner and end-customer concerns promptly and effectively. Work closely with channel partners to improve customer engagement and retention. Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure all sales and channel activities comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Show more Show less
