Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Sales and channel management:

    Achieve sales targets, expand market share in a specific region, and develop and manage distributor/dealer networks.
  • Demand generation:

    Generate demand from key stakeholders like contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
  • Product promotion:

    Conduct product presentations, site trials, and training sessions for customers and channel partners.
  • Marketing campaign execution:

    Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, exhibitions, and creating marketing collateral.
  • Market analysis:

    Track competitor activities and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Customer relations:

    Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer development.
  • MUST HAVE DRYMIX OR ANY BUILDING PRODUCT SALES EXPERIENCE WITH BEST MARKET CONNECTIONS
  • Candidate should look after Mumbai, Pune and Nashik region with sale targets
  • Should handle good team for sales targets, should review sale figures weekly and monthly basis with their juniors.
  • Best package with percentage variable pay will be offered for right candidate
