Key responsibilities Sales and channel management: Achieve sales targets, expand market share in a specific region, and develop and manage distributor/dealer networks. Demand generation: Generate demand from key stakeholders like contractors, builders, architects, and consultants. Product promotion: Conduct product presentations, site trials, and training sessions for customers and channel partners. Marketing campaign execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, exhibitions, and creating marketing collateral. Market analysis: Track competitor activities and conduct market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategy. Customer relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer development. MUST HAVE DRYMIX OR ANY BUILDING PRODUCT SALES EXPERIENCE WITH BEST MARKET CONNECTIONS Candidate should look after Mumbai, Pune and Nashik region with sale targets Should handle good team for sales targets, should review sale figures weekly and monthly basis with their juniors. Best package with percentage variable pay will be offered for right candidate
