Social Media Manager

to lead and scale our social media presence across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of social media in building brand voice, driving engagement, and supporting business growth. You will own end-to-end social media strategy, execution, performance tracking, and optimization, ensuring consistent and impactful storytelling across channels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Own day-to-day management of social media platforms including (but not limited to) LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan and publish high-quality content including posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, stories, and campaigns.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and audience behavior to continuously improve content performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and leadership teams to deliver integrated social campaigns.
  • Manage social media calendars, campaign timelines, and publishing schedules.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR, and conversions.
  • Use insights and data to optimize content strategy and improve ROI from organic and paid social efforts.
  • Handle community management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Support employer branding, product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives through social media.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, best practices, and content formats.
  • Proven experience building and scaling social media presence and engagement organically.
  • Excellent content sense with the ability to create compelling copy and brief designers/video editors effectively.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and native platform insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Background in B2B, startup, or high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, or similar
