Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy:

  Design and execute an end-to-end social media strategy aligned with brand goals.

• Content Creation & Campaign Ideation:

  Brainstorm and storyboard campaigns, draft compelling captions, and bring content pillars (carousels, reels, polls, event highlights, blogs) to life.

• Brand Positioning:

  Translate complex, technical topics (AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud) into simple, engaging, and value-driven narratives.

• Performance Tracking & Analytics:

  Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs (CTR, engagement, traffic) to optimize campaigns.

• Audience Engagement:

  Build authentic connections, respond to comments/messages, and amplify community conversations.

• Cross-team Collaboration:

  Partner with design, marketing, and business teams to bring content vision to execution.

• Channel Growth:

  Lead LinkedIn growth strategy while exploring other platforms like YouTube & Instagram.

• Campaign Support:

  Align posts with ongoing marketing campaigns and events.
