Job Overview:

Flymedia Technology is hiring a creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can take full ownership of social media platforms — from planning to publishing. You’ll be responsible for building brand presence, creating eye-catching content, and driving engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create original and engaging content (images, reels, stories, graphics, carousels, captions, etc.)
• Plan and maintain the content calendar with timely campaigns, events, and trends
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creative execution
• Handle daily posting, monitoring, and community engagement
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes content)
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
