Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with at least 6 months of hands-on experience in managing brand accounts across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Gmail, WhatsApp, and Facebook. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and creative, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies tailored to different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts using content calendars and social media management tools.
• Coordinate with design, copy, and video teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Maintain and update structured Excel sheets for tracking content pipelines, approvals, performance, and analytics.
• Monitor platform insights and create performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Work with the team to brainstorm and implement creative campaign ideas.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in managing social media for brands/companies.
• Proficiency in maintaining and organizing Excel sheets for reporting and tracking.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar).
