Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager Intern who lives and breathes content. Someone who understands that social media is more than posts and likes - it is strategy, storytelling, and community building. If you love creating engaging content, spotting trends, and thinking creatively while keeping it practical, this is your space.

What you will do

• Assist in creating and executing content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Research trends and brainstorm campaign ideas that align with brand goals
• Draft engaging copy that resonates with audiences on different platforms
• Coordinate with the design team for visual assets
• Monitor engagement and provide basic performance insights
• Contribute fresh, fun, and unexpected ideas that push the Odyssey style forward

What we are looking for

• Passion for marketing, branding, and creative storytelling
• Strong written communication skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends
• A mix of creativity and discipline; you can ideate big but also follow through
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing is a plus
• Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment
