We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand and connect with potential homebuyers and investors online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and sales goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.) tailored for the real estate audience.
• Run paid ad campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to property listings.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new projects, site visits, and offers.
• Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing and real estate.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active online community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager, preferably in real estate or luxury/lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising.
• Ability to create visually appealing content and work with design/video teams.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies in the real estate industry is a plus.
