We are looking for a Creative Designer to bring fresh ideas, design expertise, and storytelling power to our marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital and print (social media posts, brochures, advertisements, presentations, branding materials, hoardings, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to design campaigns that resonate with homebuyers and investors.
• Create visually compelling content for social media platforms, websites, and property listings.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Develop layouts and design concepts for project launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate branding.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and agencies for content production.
• Stay updated with design trends, competitor creatives, and innovations in the real estate/luxury sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Graphic/Creative Designer, preferably in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization is a plus.
