Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Pipes & Tubes Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Industry: Pipes, Tubes & Construction Materials Experience Required: 3–7 years (civil / construction line experience must) Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure & construction projects across Jabalpur & nearby areas. Promote company’s pipes & tubes solutions to builders, contractors, project consultants, architects, and government bodies . Achieve sales and business development targets . Prepare and present technical proposals/solutions to clients using civil engineering knowledge. Coordinate with project teams for specifications, tenders, and order execution . Ensure timely payment collection and maintain customer relations. Stay updated with construction market trends & competitor products . Candidate Profile: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). 3–7 years’ experience in sales / business development of construction materials, pipes, tubes, or allied building products . Strong knowledge of civil projects, contractors & government construction departments in Jabalpur region. Excellent communication, technical presentation, and relationship management skills.
