Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media content strategies aligned with sales & marketing goals.
  
• Understand target audience personas especially B2B investors, commercial farmers, and institutions and craft tailored content.
  
• Research competitors, industry trends, and platform algorithms to stay ahead.
  

2. Content Creation & Management

• Work with in-house designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce engaging content (reels, carousels, infographics, thought-leadership posts).
  
• Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized, high-impact social media content.
  
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp Marketing).
  

3. Growth & Engagement

• Implement growth tactics to increase followers, engagement, and inbound inquiries.
  
• Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries with brand-appropriate tone and speed.
  
• Create polls, Q&As, and interactive content to increase audience participation.
  

4. Campaign Management

• Run targeted paid ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  
• Track ROI for campaigns and adjust strategies based on analytics.
  

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor platform insights and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable takeaways.
  
• Recommend content and ad optimizations based on data-driven insights.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of

  LinkedIn B2B content strategy

  and Instagram engagement growth.
• Proven experience in

  video marketing

  and reels trend adaptation.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  
• Basic knowledge of paid ad campaign setup & optimization (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and design teams.
