Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging, original content (text, image, video, etc.)
Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with marketing, design, PR, and product teams to support campaigns and launches
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms
Use social listening tools to gather insights and report on audience sentiment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in Fashion industry
Familiarity with influencer marketing or community management
Video editing or short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok)
