Social Media Manager

  • Manage Social Media MArketing of brands, handling end-to-end social media marketing.
  • Develop customized strategies, captions, and content calendars tailored to brand objectives and audience needs.
  • Lead and manage influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
  • Post, schedule, and monitor daily content across platforms.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions; build active community engagement.
  • Manage paid ads and boosting, optimising performance within allocated budgets.
  • Track performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports for brands.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and production teams to create impactful content.
  • Mentor and support junior team members or interns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, AI tools, and platform updates, integrating them into brand strategies.
  • Represent assigned brands in client meetings, pitches, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Ensure content calendars are submitted at least one month in advance, with buffer content ready.
  • Take full ownership of client results, aligning closely with department heads and team leads.
Requirements
  • 13 years of proven experience managing multiple brands on social media.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Suite, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Snapchat and other platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaigns, ads manager, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent content writing skills captions, storytelling, and creative hooks.
  • Ability to track and analyse metrics follower growth, reach, engagement, ROI.
  • Familiarity with tools like Sprout Social, ManyChat, Bik, and AI-based platforms.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to spot and adapt trends quickly.
  • Organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple brands.
  • Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to appear in videos occasionally, presentations, or voice-overs.
