Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Delhi, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, posting and analyzing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and posting content, monitoring audience interactions, Communication on comments, Dms and optimizing campaigns to meet marketing goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with broader marketing initiatives is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook
  • Plan and coordinate fashion shoots, reels, and campaigns
  • Write creative captions and track performance metrics
  • Work closely with our founders and creative team to shape brand identity
  • Love and experience in Fashion field a must
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
  • Analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and emerging trends
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience (3-4 years) in a similar role is an advantage
