*We’re Hiring a passionate On-Site Social Media Manager* *Key Responsibilities* Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives. Content Creation Suggestions: Suggest type of content needed to be created to the creative team. Community Management: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), prepare monthly performance reports, and recommend data-driven optimizations. Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and relevant. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, product, and PR teams to ensure social content supports product launches, events, and brand initiatives. Scheduling & Tools: Plan and maintain an editorial calendar; use social management tools like Meta Suite to schedule posts and monitor performance. *Required Qualifications* Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven social media management experience. Results: Demonstrated ability to grow social followers, boost engagement, and meet KPI targets. *Skills & Competencies* Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and verbal skills, with strong attention to brand voice and tone. Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and emerging channels. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social analytics and scheduling platforms. Organization: Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. *Preferred Qualifications* SEO Awareness: Understanding of how social content impacts search rankings and website traffic. Creative Skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or InVideo for producing on-brand visuals.
