The Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA) is dedicated to promoting school psychology services and supporting the holistic development of children across India. Recognizing the diverse educational standards in India, InSPA emphasizes the necessity of psychological guidance for all children, irrespective of their school's economic status. School Psychologists are crucial in ensuring data-driven decision-making and creating conducive environments for learning. We are seeking Social Media Management Volunteers with at least 2+ years of experience to help us amplify our mission of promoting school psychology services and supporting children's holistic development across India. Your expertise in content calendar management, publishing, and team collaboration will be invaluable in expanding our digital presence and reach. Primary Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories, ensuring timely and consistent delivery. Collaborate closely with the content creation and graphic design teams to ensure alignment of visual and written content with InSPA's brand guidelines and messaging. Manage and moderate social media communities, responding to comments and messages in a professional and timely manner. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on key insights. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure InSPA's online presence remains dynamic and effective. Why Volunteer with InSPA? Eligibility Passion for InSPA's Mission: A genuine interest in promoting mental health awareness, school psychology, and the well-being of children and adolescents. Experience: At least 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, specifically with content calendar development, publishing, and team coordination. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Reliability and Commitment: Ability to dedicate 1-2 hours per day or compensate within a week. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate effectively with other volunteers and InSPA staff. Relevant Skills: Proficiency with social media management platforms and scheduling tools. Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their best practices. Ability to analyze social media data and derive actionable insights. Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Professionalism: Adherence to ethical standards and a professional demeanor. (Optional) Relevant Background: Experience in psychology, education, social work, or related fields is a plus, but not always required. Duration Flexible timings, at least 1-2 hours x 5 days a week, with a minimum commitment of 2 months. Compensation This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity.
